Return Policy Refund & Replacement Policies 


Our return policy lasts 30 days.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will happily replace it at no additional cost to you. We also offer replacements if the item was lost in transit and did not arrive within 30 days of purchase. However, we do not accept returns or provide refunds if the item was damaged or broken due to misuse, negligence, or external factors beyond our control, after the item was opened and used. We will replace or refund for any items, that were broken during the transit, have mechanical issues or not as described in the description, and provide a return label at no cost to the client. 

If you need a replacement part, we can recommend where to get it for an additional cost and help you find it. Please contact us within 36 hours of receiving your item. Once an item has been received, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

We can only offer free replacements under the following criteria: the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, or it is lost in transit. We do not accept returns or refunds if the customer changes their mind after receiving their order.

Note that we are not responsible for lost or misrouted parcels, and international customers must provide a phone number.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES: We are not responsible for packages that are returned to sender due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Once we receive the item back at our warehouse, we can repack, relabel, and reship it, but there will be an additional cost for this service.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by sending us an email with your reason for cancellation. We do not accept cancellations outside this window or due to standard shipping times posted in each product's description. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the funds reflect in your bank account.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If your item was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or delivered to the wrong place due to incorrect address information.

For a replacement or refund, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order and attach a picture of the item showing the size tag and original packaging. Note that our team will verify the photo(s) before issuing a replacement.
