Shipping policy

Shipping times are 5-15 business days, with 2-3 business days for processing and packaging. Items are shipped from the US or China and may come in separate packaging.

A package is considered lost if it has not been delivered in 30 days. In rare cases of failed delivery or item damage, we will provide a full refund. Please be ready to receive packages as we can not be responsible for stolen packages.
